城乡统筹背景下农村产权制度改革的路径分析

摘　　要：农村产权制度改革是进一步释放农村生产力,实现农村资产资本化的重要途径。以成都市农村产权制度改革作为研究对象,通过对数项改革内容的路径分析,揭示了改革目标与结果间存在的差距及其主要原因。改革应与当地经济发展水平相适应,通过重新设定和细化阶段性目标,逐步显现改革成果。The reform of rural property rights system is an important path to liberate rural productive forces and to realize rural assets capitalization.This paper studies the rural property rights system reform in Chengdu,analyzes the paths of several reform contents,reveals the main reasons for the gap between goals and results,and then proposes that reform should conform to local economic development level and that reform achievements should be approached gradually by resetting and refining goals at different phases.
