摘　　要：日本传统养老方式以孝道为核心,以"家业共同体"为基础,以"先祖崇拜"为精神动力,以"长子责任制"为运行主线。日本在保留传统的基础上建立现代社会养老保障制度。日本养老方式的变迁为中国养老保障体系的建设提供了有益借鉴。The traditional providing manner for the aged in Japan is set up with a core of filial piety,the basis of the family property community,the spiritual motivity of the ancestors worship,the main line to run the primogeniture responsibility.Japan retained their tradition providing manner,and established the modern social security system for the aged.The changes of Japanese providing manner provides a useful reference on the construction of the social security system for China.
