摘　　要：广州市人大规定夫妻财产知情权的目的是想防止那些不了解夫妻共同财产情况的女性在离婚财产分割时遭受损失。但由于立法本身存在一定问题,致使立法目的不能完全实现。广州市人大规定夫妻财产知情权的直接原因是现实需要,而规定夫妻财产知情权的根本原因是立法缺陷。世界各国在立法中明确使用夫妻财产知情权这一概念的基本上未有,但与此功能相似的条款却很常见。借鉴国外立法,采用被告知方式来规定夫妻财产知情权是理想的立法模式。The purpose that Guangzhou municipal peoples＇congress provide the right to know the marital property is in order to prevent the female who don＇t know the marital property from sufferring a loss in the property division of devorced couples.But because the legislation in itself exist problems,the purpose of the legislation cannot be achieved entirely.The immediate cause that Guangzhou municipal peoples＇congress provide the right to know the marital property is real requirement,and the radical cause to provide the right to know the marital property is the flaw of the legislation.In world countries＇ legislation the right to know the marital property is rarely used,at the same time the clause which has similar function is common.Learning from the foreign legislation,we adopt the best legislative model is to use the way＂be told＂to provide the right to know the marital property.
