摘　　要：本文通过分析商业银行网点转型的必要性以及影响客户和员工满意度的因素,阐述当前商业银行零售网点存在的问题,建设性地提出了网点转型的方法和措施。Through the analysis of commercial bank branch transformation of necessity and influence factors of customer and employee satisfaction,this paper expounds the current commercial bank retail outlets existing problems,puts forward the constructive outlets transformation of the methods and measures.
