摘　　要：目的在计算机辅助精液分析中,建立一种可行的精液密度测定的质量控制方法。方法采用计算机辅助精液分析(CASA)方法,对所选取的已知浓度的与精子头部直径相近的质控珠进行高、低两种密度测定,分别于日内及日间测试20次。结果高、低两种密度结果的日内变异系数分别为:1.86%、2.46%,日间变异系数分别为:1.45%、2.25%。结论质控珠可用于计算机辅助精液分析中精子密度测定的室内质量控制,从而达到保证实验室测试精子密度质量的目的。Objective To set up a feasible technique of quality control on the sperm density with the CASA semen analysis.Methods Using computer assistant sperm analysis（CASA）,we detected the density of quality control bead of low,high density and the diameter of quality control bead which is similar with that of a sperm.And there were 20 times separately in every day.Results The intraday CVs of high,low density were 1.86% and 2.46%,and extraday CVs of high,low density were 1.45% and 2.25%.Conclusion The quality control bead can be used in quality control on the sperm density for the CASA,which can help to assure the quality of the analysis on sperm density.
