摘 要:目的比较安徽主要产地及主要品种黄精中多糖的含量。方法采用水提法获得样品液,并采用改进的苯酚-硫酸比色法进行比色分析。结果以葡萄糖计,安徽不同来源及品种的黄精多糖含量差异较大,其中以主产于皖南的多花黄精含量最高,达到13.20%。结论不同来源黄精中多糖含量差异明显,体现出品种对于药材品质的影响。Objective To compare the content of polysaccharide in Rhizoma Polygonati of the main habitats and the main varieties derived from Anhui.Methods Adopted water extraction to obtain sample liquid,and adop-ted improved phenol-sulfuric acid colorinetry to perform the colorimetric assay.Results The contents of polysaccharide in Rhizoma Polygonati of different habitats and varieties of Anhui had obvious difference,and the content of P.cyrtonema from south of Anhui province was highest,the content was 13.20 %.Conclusion The contents of polysaccharide in Rhizoma Polygonati of different habitats have obvious difference,it reflects the effect of varietie on the medicine quality.
