摘　　要：中小企业集群创新网络是国内外学术研究的热点问题。通过对中小企业集群创新网络的文献综述,深入了解国内外学者对中小企业集群创新网络的研究进展,并与当前经济转型下的产业转移相联系,提出中小企业集群创新网络研究的突破点,包括运用演进博弈论、复杂社会网络理论等研究产业转移背景下中小企业集群创新网络的演进,以及集群创新网络间的协同与互动,使两个集群创新网络内企业实现持续创新能力提升,转变集群创新网络的不可复制性为更高层面上中小企业集群网络的可重构性,进而推动集群创新网络理论的发展并发挥其对区域经济发展的指导作用。SME Clusters Innovation network is a hot issue in domestic and international academic research.Through the review of related articles about the SME cluster innovation network,it is a chance to deeply understand the status on SME clusters innovation network which domestics and foreign scholars have engaged in research.Furthermore,under the background of the economic restructuring associated with the transfer of industries,this paper proposes the modification issue which make the breakthrough point on Innovation Network for SME clusters,including the use of evolution game theory,theory of complex social network,to research the evolution of SME Clusters Innovation network,collaboration and interaction between the two cluster innovation networks so as to enhance the continuous innovation ability which achieve reconfigure at a higher level to alter the feature of no copy on SME Clusters Innovation network,and eventually promote the development of cluster innovation network theory and play its guiding role in regional economic development.
