摘　　要：本文利用1999-2007年中国电子及通信设备制造业的面板数据,构建分析科技人力资源对经济增长的贡献率计量模型,对我国东中西部科技人力资源的贡献率进行实证分析。研究结果表明,科技人力资源在促进地区经济发展的方面发挥着重大的作用,我国科技人力资源的贡献率呈现出一定的地区差异,据此提出对策建议。This paper establish a measurement model of Contribution rate to economic growth of science and technology human resources based on the panel data of China＇s electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry for the period 1999～2007,and make an empirical analysis of the contribution of different regions.The results show that the science and technology human resources play a significant role in promoting regional economic development and the contribution of science and technology human resources show some regional differences,accordingly,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
