摘　　要：针对产业集群发展的需要,将竞争情报的影响和运用从微观转向宏观层面,这也是竞争情报研究新的关注点。在将竞争情报价值实现与产业集群发展战略决策相融合的理论基础上,以福州软件园发展战略为实例,构建竞争情报方法在其战略决策中的定性与定量分析相结合的模型。从而在理论、方法和实践等方面丰富和完善产业层面的竞争情报体系。Aiming at the need of Industry Cluster development,turning the influence and application of Industry Cluster development from micro to meso level,this is also the new concern of competitive intelligence studies.Based on the theory of integrating value realization of competitive intelligence with the strategic policy of industry cluster development,this paper has taken the development strategy of Fuzhou Software Park as an example to build in the model of competitive intelligence methods that combing qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis in strategic policy.Thus enriches and perfects the competitive intelligence system on industrial level in the aspect of theory,methods and practice.
