摘　　要：论述了"农家书屋"建设工程对提高农民文化素养和改善农村文化氛围所起的积极的作用,山西省"农家书屋"工程建设的发展思路,以及基层公共图书馆对于"农家书屋"应发挥的作用。This paper illustrates the positive function of the ＂rural library＂ made to improve the boorish cultural ability and the cultural atmosphere in countryside,the develop train of thought of this project and functions that basic public libraries should play to construct the ＂rural library＂.
