摘　　要：职务犯罪是属于检察机关管辖的较为特殊的犯罪形式,性质的特殊性决定了其证据的特殊性,证据的特殊性又造成这一类案件在侦查工作中出现了较多难点和阻点,而解决这些难点和阻点是检察机关必须要面对的重要工作,也是刑事诉讼法修改过程中的一个敏感热点问题。Post crime is a special form of crime under the jurisdiction of Procuratorial organs.Its special characteristic determines the particularity of its evidence,which in turn creates many difficulties and obstructions that procuratorial organs have to confront.Meanwhile,solutions to the difficulties and obstructions are also sensitive hot issues in the modification process of the the criminal procedural law.Procuratorial organs should attach great importance to the specific analysis of post crime evidence,and try to explore the countermeasures in investigation work.
