摘 要:在对比三维锚索支护技术与普通锚杆支护技术原理、支护特点等异同点的基础上,结合王庄煤矿5218风巷的生产地质条件,采用FLAC3D建模对沿空巷道三维锚索支护机理进行了研究,着重探讨小煤柱沿空巷道三维锚索支护对围岩的控制作用。研究结果表明:三维锚索可在围岩表层附近及时形成承受高支承应力的组合拱结构,增强围岩整体应力强度和围岩压缩拱的厚度,使围岩提早达到一个动态的应力平衡状态;三维支护围岩应力水平大于普通支护,有效地提高了煤柱和实体煤侧的垂直应力水平;掘进期间顶底板移近量及两帮移近量分别比普通支护减小了38.5%和37.8%,回采期间分别比普通支护减小了32.3%和32.2%,支护效果较好。Combined with mining and geological conditions of 5218 ventilation roadway of Wangzhuang Colliery,FLAC3D was applied to researching supporting mechanism of 3-D anchored rope in gob-side roadway on the basis of comparing 3-D anchored rope supporting and common anchored bolt supporting in technical principle and supporting characteristic.Controlling of 3-d anchored rope on surrounding rock of gob-side roadway with small coal pillar was mainly discussed.Results showed that 3-d anchored rope could timely form combined arch structure near surface of surrounding rock and improve whole strength of surrounding rock and increase thickness of compression arch of surrounding rock to make surrounding rock reach dynamic stress balance state in advance.Stress level of 3-d supporting was larger than that of common supporting,so 3-d supporting increased effectively vertical stress level of coal pillar and coal side.Roof-to-floor and two sides' convergence of 3-d supporting was effectively reduced 38.5% and 37.8% than that of common supporting in driving phrase.Corresponding data were 32.3% and 32.2% in mining phrase.It showed the supporting effect was good.
