大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的病理及免疫病理观察

摘　　要：探讨大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的组织病理及免疫病理的变化，为胸腺肽临床治疗提供实验依据。将８ 例治疗前后肝穿组织石蜡包埋连续切片进行ＨＥ染色，ＨＢｓＡｇ，ＨＢｃＡｇ，Ｆａｓ 抗原及ＨＢＶＤＮＡ检测。结果：３ 例炎症活动度有较明显减轻，２ 例炎症活动度部分减轻，组织学改变与临床ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴转，ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阴转一致。提示大剂量胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎有确切疗效。In order to supply laboratory bases for clinic therapy,We study the pathologic and immun pathologic changes in liver tissues of Chronic Hepatitis B during big doses thymosin treatment.Liver tissues from 8 patients before and after treatment with thymosin were paraffin embedded and made contious sections,then HE staining.HBsAg HBcAg Fas antigen and HBV DNA expression were detected.The result shown that inflammatory action reduced significantly in 3 and reduced partly in 2 patients.Pathologic changes were accordance with HBeAg and HBV DNA negative changing in clinic observation.There is a real theraputic effect in Chronic Hepatitis B treated with big doses thymosin.
