哈巴河铁热克提林牧区蜱类调查研究

摘　　要：作者于1999年5月在新疆哈巴河铁热克提林牧区调查莱姆病时,采用布旗法和宿主检蜱法,对当地莱姆病媒介蜱类作了调查研究,捕获蜱类标本3090只,经整理鉴定,共系8种,其中森林革蜱D.silvarum1543,占捕获总数49.94％,银盾革蜱D.niveus1099只,占35.57％,草原草蜱D.nuttalli383只,占12.49％,边缘革蜱D.marginatus58只,占1.88％,嗜群血蜱H.concin-ma、铃头血蜱H.campanulata、全沟硬蜱I.persulcatus和残缘璃眼蜱Hy.detrtum共7只,占0.22％。当地蜱类在不同生境、不同寄主和不同时间内,其种类组成、活动及数量动态各不相同。When investigation on Lyme disease was made in afforested and livestock breeding area of Haba Rier TieReKeTi in May of 1999,investigation on kinds of ticks also was made. 3090ticks were achieved. Through identification,it was found that they respectively belonged to 8species:D. silvarus(1543)accounting for 49. 94% ,D. niveus(1099)accounting for 35. 57 %, D. nuttalli( 383) accounting for 12. 49% ,D. marginatus (58) accounting for 1. 88% ,H. concinna and H. campanulata and 7. persulcatus and Hy. detritum (7) accounting for 0. 22%. According to the distribution of ticks,it was found that D. niveus was mainly distributed in flood land and grassy marshland; D, nuttalli was mainly distributed in prairie, there were also many D. niveus in prairie;D, silvarum was mainly distributed in forest. According to parasitization of ticks,it; was found that 75% horses were parasitized by ticks,par-asitization index was 6. 37%,mainly parasitized by D. niveus-,100% cattle and sheep were parasitized by ticks,the indices were respectively 34. 84 and 17. 4,they were mainly parasitized by D. silvarum. According to the number trends of the day,it was found that D. nuttalli moved about between 7 : 00 - 19 : 00,the moving peak was 9 : 00 - 10 : 00;D,niveus moved about between 11:00 - 22 : 00,the moving peak was 12 :00 and 14:00. known from the above,in different ecological environment and host and time,the composition and moving and number trends of ticks were different.
