摘  要:目的:为了探讨MR各向同性扫描并零填充插值优化技术下3D LAVA(liver acquisition with volume accelera-tion)动态增强序列的特点及应用价值。方法:对20例腹盆部病变的患者进行常规MRI平扫检查及各向同性并零填充插值优化技术下3D LAVA动态增强序列扫描检查,并进行相同层厚和层距的多方位图像重组及立体重建,观察图像特点。在平扫的特定层面设腹主动脉、肠系膜上动脉、门静脉、下腔静脉及病灶作为参照物,量取它们各方向的径线长度,使其与相同方位的重组图像中相同层面上的参照物径线相对应,并进行统计分析。结果:20例腹盆部病变在平扫及各向同性并零填充插值优化技术下3D LAVA动态增强序列中都得到明确地显示,后者还同时显示出病变的血供特点及更加直观地展示出与邻近血管和脏器的毗邻关系;平扫各方位上的参照物径线与相同方位的重组图像中相同层面上的参照物径线无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:各向同性扫描并零填充插值优化技术下3D LAVA动态增强序列可以更好的显示腹盆部病变的同时,还可以进行多方位图像重组和立体重建,可以更直观清晰地显示病灶及其与重要脏器的毗邻,为临床提供更多的病变信息。Objective:To study the characters and value of the series of 3-dimensional liver acquisition with volume acceleration(LAVA) dynamic contrast enhancement with both isotropy scanning and zero filling interpolation processing of MRI.Methods:20 cases with diseases of abdomen and pelvic were examined by conventional MRI and the series of 3D-LAVA dynamic contrast enhancement with both isotropy scanning and zero filling interpolation processing of MRI,then the images were observed after they were reformatted in multiple directions in the same slice space and the same thickness as the convention and were 3-dimensionally rebuilt.The abdominal aorta,superior mesenteric artery,portal rein,inferior vena cava and lesions in some images from the conventional were regarded as the reference in order to measure their drive line,which compared statistically with those gained from the images reformatted.Results:All the lesions of the 20 cases with diseases of abdomen and pelvic were showed clearly in the images from both the conventional and the reformatted,the characters of the blood supply of lesions and the adjacent organ or vascular were observed more intuitively simultaneously from those reformatted;There was no significant difference between the length of every drive line from the convention and that from the reformatted(P〉0.05).Conclusion:3D-LAVA dynamic contrast enhancement series with both isotropy scanning and zero filling interpolation processing can not only show the lesion more intuitively to the diseases of abdomen and pelvic,but also show the adjacent organ or vascular close to the lesion by reformatting pictures in multiple directions and rebuilding pictures 3-dimensionally simultaneously,which can provide more disease information for diagnosis and treatment.
