毛裂蜂斗菜化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的：对毛裂蜂斗菜的化学成分进行结构研究。方法：通过多次柱层析和重结晶分离纯化，并运用现代光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果：分离鉴定了６ 个化合物，它们分别是羽扇豆醇，ＢａｋｋｅｎｏｌｉｄｅＢ，ＢａｋｋｅｎｏｌｉｄｅＥＢａｋｋｅｎｏｌｉｄｅＤ，三十二碳酸，β谷甾醇。结论：上述６ 种化合物均为首次从毛裂蜂斗菜中分离得到。ＢａｋｋｅｎｏｌｉｄｅＤ 经初步试验。OBJECTIVE:To study the structure of the compounds isolated from Petasites tricholobus France METHODS:To isolated and purify the compounds by means of multi column chromatograpoy and recrystallzation,and using analyses of modern technique of spectra RESULTS:Six compounds were obtained They were lupeol,bakkenolide D,Baskkenolide E,bakkenolide B,dotriacontanoic acid and β sitosterol CONCLUSION:These compounds were isolated for the first time from Petasites tricholobus France
