厚生扶正液的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的：研究厚生扶正液对免疫及造血损伤的影响。方法：采用碳粒廓清法、血清溶血素测定法及３ 种造血损伤的动物模型观察厚生扶正液的药效作用。结果：厚生扶正液显著提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，使血清碳粒廓清速率明显加快，并能使血清溶血素（ＩｇＭ） 水平提高。对失血造成的ＨＢ，ＲＢＣ降低均有明显的恢复作用，对环磷酰胺或６０Ｃｏ 照射引起的ＷＢＣ及血小板减少均有明显的提升作用，并能减少化疗药物（ 顺氨氯铂） 引起的呕吐次数。结论：厚生扶正液可增加免疫，提高机体抗病能力，对化疗、放疗引起的ＷＢＣ。OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Housheng Fuzheng Ye on immunity and hematopoietic injures.METHODS:The clearance of carbon particles test,serum hemolysin assay method and three kinds of animal models for hematopoietic injures were used to oberve the effects of Housheng Fuzheng Ye.RESULTS:Housheng Fuzheng Ye obviously increased the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage,caused serum carbon granular clearance rates much faster and hemolysin (IgM) level in serum higher.It could also obviously recover HB and RBC lowered by blood loss,WBC and platelet lowered by cytoxan or 60 Co radiation.It also could reduce numbers of coughing produced by chemicals (cis platinum diaminodichloride).CONCLUSIONS:Housheng Fuzheng Ye can increase immunity.It can be used to treat leukopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by chemicals and radiation,nausea and vomiting.
