摘  要:导师作为研究生的指导教师,对于研究生学术水平的提高、创新能力的增强和道德人品的培育都有着重要的影响,导师是创新人才培养的关键力量。针对我国现行研究生德育的弱针对性和封闭性对创新力的扼杀、导师作用缺失等问题,须建立导师与研究生的互主体关系,充分发挥导师的引导作用,改革德育理念,实施交往德育,同时不断提高导师素质,更新德育内容和方法,完善评价机制,构建有利于创新人才培养的导师主导的研究生德育模式,为培养研究生的创新能力和良好道德品质创设条件。As the instructor of postgraduates, a tutor has an important effect on the students in helping improve their academic ability, enhance their innovative activity, and cultivate their moral character. Therefore, the tutor is a crucial factor in cultivating innovative talents. In view of the problems with the postgraduate moral education, such as the strangulation of innovative ability by weak pertinence and confinement, the lack of tutorship, etc, it is necessary to establish a mutual relationship between tutors and postgraduates. Tutors are advised to fully play their role of guidance, change their ideas of moral education and implement moral education in communication. Meanwhile, tutors should constantly improve their personal quality, renew the content and method of moral education, and perfect the evaluation mechanism. The construction of tutor-guided moral education model, which is conducive to cultivating innovative talents, will create favorable conditions for the postgraduates to foster their innovative ability and good moral character.
