摘 要:为了提高高散射物质浓度测量的精度,提出多光程长测量物质浓度的方法,同时对单一光程长进行多次测量,以脂肪乳与印度蓝墨水的混合溶液为例对其浓度进行测量,并结合偏最小二乘法对测量数据进行曲线拟合.拟合结果表明,多光程长测量的精度要远高于单光程长测量精度,尤其印度蓝墨水的多光程长测量精度要比单光程长测量精度高一个数量级.因此,多光程长测量高散射物质浓度的方法可以大幅度提高测量精度.In order to enhance the measurement precision for high scattering matters,the multi-optical path method for measuring the concentration was put forward,and also the single optical path was measured for several times.The concentration of the mixed solution of intralipid and ink was measured with multi-optical path method and the curves of measurement data were fitted with partial least squares(PLS) method.The fitting results show that the measurement precision of multi-optical path method is much higher than that of single optical path method and the precision of the ink of multi-optical path method higher by one magnitude than that of the single optical path method.Therefore,the multi-optical path method for measuring the concentration of high scattering matters can raise the precision of measurement extraordinarily.
