复方甘露醇注射液体外溶血、全身过敏、血管刺激性实验研究

摘　　要：目的了解复方甘露醇注射液是否有溶血、过敏、血管刺激作用,评价其注射用药的安全性。方法按《化学药物刺激性、过敏性和溶血性研究技术指导原则》(2005年)进行了体外溶血试验、豚鼠全身过敏试验、家兔血管刺激试验。结果复方甘露醇注射液对豚鼠未见明显的过敏反应,体外溶血试验结果为阴性,家兔血管刺激试验结果为阴性。结论复方甘露醇注射液在本次试验条件下是安全的。Objective To investigate whether the compound mannitol injection has hemolytic,anaphylaxis or allergic effect.Methods The hemolytic test in vitro by ovine erythrocytes,allergic test in guinea pigs and vascular irritation test in rabbit were undertaken.Results No obvious allergic reaction was observed in guinea pigs.Vascular irritation in rabbit was negative.No evidence of hemolyzation and aggregation in ovine erythrocyte in vitro was found.Conclusions The compound mannitol injection was safe in this experimental study.
