摘 要:劳工教育是对劳工实施一定性质与程度的教育,在满足生产方式对劳工素质要求的同时,改善劳工受雇佣状况并实现劳工解放的教育主张与实践活动。民国时期,劳工教育被当做劳工问题的主要内容和解决劳工问题的基本方式,不仅受到学者的重视,而且受到企业主与政府的重视,由此形成劳工教育思潮与劳工教育运动,劳工教育在全国范围内展开。民国时期劳工教育在获得可喜成绩的同时,遭遇到严重问题,正是这种问题,导致劳工教育走向失败。As a sort of education provided for the laborers, labor education is an activity working conditions and to carry out their emancipation, while meeting the requirements of ductive mode. During and the basic method, isfy the need of mode to improve the laborers' their skills from the prothe early days of the Republic of China, labor education was considered as the main tasks in, to solve the labor issues, and, more, was entrepreneur means improve labor' s quality to satof producing, change the status of labor' s employed and gain labor liberation. Labor education was regarded as the center of labor problem and the main measures of labor problem solving, which was much accounted of by the scholars, Business Owner and Government. As a result, there were the Studies in labor educational thoughts and labor education movement in the Republic of China. Some good results with serious problems in the process of labor education, and labor education went to failure eventually because of the problem.
