摘　　要：古徽州地处安徽皖南山区,物质条件贫乏。自清代以来分家析产的习俗已较为普遍,通过徽州民间遗存的文书档案——"分家书"及地方文献,了解家庭财产解体后,父母地位、财产发生了变化,如何赡养父母以及无嗣孤寡老人,以达到家庭和社会的安定和谐。Huizhou district is in the south of Anhui province and suffers from material scarcity.The custom of house allotment has been popular since the Qing dynasty. The existing documentary archives-＂house allotment contracts＂ and local documents in Huizhou district are studied to get to know the changes in the parents＂ status and properties after division of household property and the ways to attend on parents and aged people of no family for the stability and harmon of family and society.
