糖尿病模型红细胞变形能力及酶活性变化

摘  要:目的复制糖尿病模型并观察糖尿病(DM)红细胞变形能力(RCD)及酶活性变化,并初步探讨了DM早期上述指标改变与慢性并发症的关系。方法用四氧嘧啶制备家兔糖尿病模型。测定RCD和红细胞膜ATP酶活性、膜唾液酸(SA)含量及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果糖尿病模型RCD和红细胞膜用T酶活性、SA含量和细胞内SOD含量及MDA均降低。结论糖尿病早期即有红细胞形态和酶活性的改变,提示DM早期即有发生慢性并发症的迹象。Objective A rabbit model of deabetes mellitus was reproduced and observe the deformabiolty change ofred cells and enzyme active in diabetic rabbits and discuss the relations between the above observation and chronicdiseases in early phase of diabetes.Methods A rabbit model of diabetes mellitus was reproduced by injectionalloxan The change of RCD the activity of Ma+-K+-ATPase,Ca+-Wg+-ATPase and tha content ofmalondialdehydein erythrocyte membrane,the activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of sialic acid (SA)in erythocyte were observed.Results The decrease of RCD in diabetic rabbits under experiment was related tothe change of the activity of Ma+-K+-TPase,Ca2+ -Mg+ -ATP ase and the content of SA in erythrocytemembrane, and SOD in erythrocyte and the change of MDA levle.Conclusions There is a change of theerythrocyte membrane shape and enzyme active of diabetes,and this change will led to the chronic dieases in earlyphase of diabetes.
