摘　　要：基于用户全年逐时热、电、冷负荷及全工况下运行模式,开发了楼宇热电冷联产系统设计及性能评价软件.软件的主要功能包括:绘制各类建筑物全年逐时热电冷负荷曲线,系统方案设计,全年运行模式确定,计算一次能耗率、投资回收期、净现值及净现值率等性能评价指标.System design and performance analysis on BCHP software is coded according to the user hourly heating,power and cooling load,and the operation mode in all conditions.Main features of the software include：various buildings hourly heating,power and cooling load curve drawing,system program design,the annual operation mode determination,and calculating primary energy rate,payback period,net present value and net present value rate performance index.
