南水北调东线水资源管理的委托代理关系研究评述

摘　　要：本文对南水北调东线水资源管理的委托代理关系研究现状进行了简介和评述,概述了该课题提出的意义和该领域研究的现状,并重点对研究的各种水资源管理运营机制如资源利用信用机制、信息共享合作机制、激励机制、减少信息租金抽取机制、供应链管理机制等进行了对比归纳,阐明了应用前景。最后对利用委托代理关系模型研究南水北调东线水资源管理提出了肯定和建议。This article gives a brief introduction and review on the principal-agent relationship of water resource management in east route of South to North Water Transfer.Firstly,the writer summarizes the significance of the issues raised and the status of research in this field,and then focus on the study of mechanisms of various water resource management operations,such as credit mechanism of water resource management,sharing information mechanism of water resource management,incentive mechanism,reducing the information rent extraction mechanism,supply chain management mechanisms were compared summarized,and explained the application.Finally,the writer gives a positive and recommendations on the principal-agent relationship model used on water resource management in east route of South to North Water Transfer.
