基于天人合一思想的心理咨询程序研究

摘　　要：本文根据天人合一的思想,模拟四时划分,将咨询的过程分为春夏秋冬四个阶段,并分别阐述各阶段的工作原则与工作重点。咨询各阶段的工作原则,依照春夏秋冬的顺序分别为:韬光养晦,积蓄力量;纵横驰骋,追逐梦想;俭德辟难,守护希望;功成身退,高飞远翔。咨询各阶段的工作重点,依照春夏秋冬的顺序分别为:观察、聆听和温暖(春);调查、分析和建议(夏);求同、存异和展望(秋);分离、评估和提高(冬)。遵守这样的原则和安排,心理咨询就可与天地合其德,与日月合其明,与四时合其序,与鬼神合其吉凶,先天而天弗违,后天而奉天时。Counseling process is divided into 4 phases,which are beginning,intervening,withdrawing and ending.4 phases are corresponding to 4 seasons in turn based on Chinese ancient philosophy of harmony between human beings and nature.The task of counseling spring consists of warming and observing as well as listening,the task of counseling summer consists of investigating and analyzing as well as suggesting.The task of counseling summer consists of seeking common points and reserving differences.The task of counseling autumn consists of talking about clients＇ future and sending good wishes.The task of counseling winter consists of parting with client in emotion and evaluating the interview as well as improving abilities by various ways.The spirit of each season is following： to be humble and to reserve strength in spring,to avoid greed and to keep hopes in autumn,to dash freely and to pursue dreams in summer,to leave after success and to fly higher in winter.Based on these principles,counseling phase can be wholly harmonious between human beings and nature.
