摘　　要：在日本体现马克思主义的政党是日本共产党,日本共产党作为日本当权政党的反对党,一直都保持着非常活跃的状态,它通过议会斗争与联合社会大众的两种形式,有效地影响着执政党——自民党的统治。日本共产党以合法的身份在日本的政治生活中发挥着积极有力的作用,为广大社会民众争取更公正的待遇。Japan＇s communist party embodies Marxist in Japan,as Japan＇s opposition to the ruling parties,it always keep a very active state,through the struggling of parliament and united with the public,it effectively rules liberal Democratic Party（LDP）-the influence of rule.The communist party of Japan is playing a positive role in legal status in Japan＇s political life and pursuing more fair treatment for the majority of society.
