我国工业企业发展循环经济存在的问题及解决的对策

摘　　要：我国工业企业发展循环经济存在着有些相关规定和政策可操作性不强,政府作用发挥得不充分,缺少资金、技术和人才,对其重要性认识不足等问题。所以,应依法对企业发展进行监督管理,政府给发展循环经济的企业提供更为宽松的政策,企业应多渠道筹集资金,多研发先进技术,提高职工发展循环经济的自觉性,应进一步推进工业生态园区建设。There are still some problems in the development of the cyclic economy for the industrial enterprises in China,such as the weak functions of the concerning regulations and policies,the lack of the government＇s support,capital,technology and professional talents,and the insufficient attention to the importance of these problems.Therefore,we should set up a strict supervising system.The government should provide a more flexible policy for the development of such enterprises.These enterprises should collect capital from all channels,do more research on advanced technology,ignite the workers＇ initiatives and put forward the construction of the ecological park of industries.
