摘　　要：人体舒适度， 它能反映人对大气环境气象要素的感受。为了使人民群众能及时了解环境气象条件对人体影响的程度， 开展南宁市人体适宜气象条件预报服务研究。根据南宁市气候特点， 选择影响人体舒适的气象要素的相关气象因子， 用温湿指数［１］公式计算， 得出相应的舒适指数值； 然后根据人们对自然环境可能产生的各种生理感受， 将人体舒适度分为９ 级并制定各级指标； 同时提示人们如何利用气象因子来调节生理， 适应环境以及如何防范冷热突变。Human body comfortableness represents the integrated feeling of human body to meteorological elements of atmospheric environment.Study and prediction services of suitable meteorological conditions for human body in Naning city are performed in order to timely inform the public the influencing extent of the environmental meteorological conditions on human body.Based on the climatic features of Nanning city,meterological factors correlated with human body comfortableness are selected,and by using the exponential formula of temperature and humidity the corresponding comfortableness indices are calculated.Then,according to the various possible physiological feelings of human body to the natural environment,the human body comfortableness are devided into nine levels and the index for each level is determined.Meanwhile,the prediction system also teaches people how to adjust own physiology by using meterorological factors and how to adapt oneself to the environment,and how to protect oneself from temperature aburpt changes.
