高频超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析29例经病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声声像图表现。结果 浆细胞性乳腺炎声像图表现大体分三型:实性包块型(66%),脓肿形成型(24%),导管扩张型(10%),实性病灶边缘不规则,无包膜;脓肿病灶壁厚,透声差。病灶多位于乳晕区及乳头深面,内部血流信号不丰富;导管扩张则表现为乳腺导管局限性扩张,导管周围腺体呈偏低回声。结论 高频超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断价值较大,但需与乳癌、乳腺囊性增生等疾病鉴别。Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasound on the plasma cell mastitis diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 29 cases of pathologically confirmed plasma cell mastitis Ultrasonographic manifestations.Results Plasma cell mastitis Sonographic generally grouped into three types：solid mass type（66%） abscess formation type（24%）,dilated ducts（10%）,solid lesion with irregular edge,no capsule ;abscess lesion thickness,transparent sound bad.Lesions were located deep surface of the areola and nipple area,the internal blood flow signals are not rich;catheter is manifested as ductal expansion of the limitations of the expansion of the surrounding gland ducts showed low echo.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound on the diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis greater value,subject to breast cancer,breast diseases such as cystic hyperplasia identified.
