桡骨头颈骨折治疗与康复的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨桡骨头颈骨折治疗和康复的影响因素。方法:回顾本院2006年1月～2009年12月桡骨头颈骨折患者的基本资料和临床资料,采用逐步回归分析方法分析影响治疗和康复的各种因素的关系。结果:本组病例结果显示复位质量是否达到解剖复位,与疗效呈正相关(P<0.01);使用CPM功能锻炼与桡骨头颈部骨折的疗效明显正相关(P<0.01);是否手术的因素与疗效呈正相关(P<0.01);合并伤经手术修复及外固定治疗,该种因素未显著影响疗效(P>0.05);手术后合并伤、固定质量、骨折类型和外固定时间与疗效无显著关系(P>0.05)。结论:桡骨头颈部骨折的治疗首要问题是解剖学复位和牢固的内固定,早期进行CPM功能锻炼也是提高治疗效果的基本手段。Objective： To evaluate the factors of affecting curative effect and rehabilitation of radial head fracture.Methods： Retrospective analyzed of basic datas and clinic datas of radial head fracture from Jan.2006 to Dec.2009 in our hospital.Results： The excellent reduction whether was up to the anatomical reduction with effect in equation was positive correlation （P0.01）,CPM with effect in equation had positive correlation （P0.01）,operation with effect in equation had positive correlation （P0.01）,associated injury external fixation quality of fixation classification of fracture and time of external fixation with effect had no relationships （P0.05）.Conclusion： The most important things for the treatment of radial head fracture are anatomical reduction and internal fixation,early CPM can improve the therapeutic effect.
