关于病历档案“双轨制”管理的探讨

摘　　要：真正无纸化的电子病历档案管理是医院发展的必然趋势,但是"双轨制"管理模式不同于单纯的纸质病历档案管理模式,必须将原有管理流程优化改造。本文通过分析目前病历档案整理、归档、存储的状况以及我国目前的立法状况,论述病历档案"双轨制"管理的必要性,并探讨在这种管理模式下存在的问题及其对策。Objective： Management of paperless electronic medical records is the inexorable trend of the development of the hospital,but the double track system management is different from the management of paper medical record,the optimization retrofit for medical record management must be carried out.Through analyzing the finishing,filing,storage of medical record and the legislative state of our country,to discuss necessity of paper medical records with ＂dual track＂ management and to explore the problems and countermeasures in the management mode.
