摘　　要：政府在推动文化产业发展的过程中起着非常重要的作用。从发达国家发展文化产业的经验来看,政府主要在确立文化产业的战略地位、完善文化产业的法规体系、加大对文化产业的扶持力度和注重文化产业人才的引进和培养等方面发挥着重要作用。从现阶段来看,我国各级政府在推动文化产业发展方面的功能主要体现在战略规划、环境营造、服务提供和市场监管四个方面。Government in promoting the process of development of cultural industries play an important role.The development of cultural industries from developed countries experience,Government＇s main strategy in establishing the status of cultural industries,improve the legal system of cultural industries,increase efforts to support cultural industries and cultural industries focus on the introduction and cultivation of talent to play an important role.From the present point of view,governments at all levels to promote cultural industries in the main function of the development of strategic planning,environmental construction,service providers and market regulators in four areas.
