摘　　要：通过选择预估工程按照模型计算分析,系统研究将灰色系统理论应用到模糊估算中,灰色模糊估算模型计算的单方工程造价既考虑各个工程横向特征的相似程度,也考虑纵向发展态势的变化。将两者结合起来,探讨建立一个新的指标-综合相似度。Systematically studied the theory of gray system applied to the fuzzy estimates,gray fuzzy estimation model of unilateral construction cost of each project not only consider the horizontal characteristics of the degree of similarity,but also take into account the development trend of longitudinal change.The two together,exploring the establishment of a new index-comprehensive similarity.By selecting the project in accordance with the model prediction analysis note that the model has considerable accuracy and practicability and maneuverability.
