中韩人力资本投资比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,中韩两国的人力资本水平和人力资本投资水平都有很大程度的提高,但二者却存在较大差距。中国居民受教育水平、公共教育经费支出和人均教育经费远低于韩国;与韩国"金字塔"式的教育投资相反,中国高等教育入学率低于韩国,高等教育投资比重却高于韩国;中韩两国女性教育水平均呈提高趋势,两国的性别教育均不平衡,韩国女性的受教育程度普遍高于中国;韩国拥有的医疗卫生资源和居民卫生费用支出也都高于中国平均水平,但两国差距在缩小。消除消费价格指数影响后,两国在人力资本投资水平上的差距有所缩小,北京和上海等城市的水平与韩国更接近。In recent years, the levels of human capital and human capital investment beth in China and Korea have largely improved, but there ex- ists a wide gap between the two countries： Education level of Chinese＇residents,public education expenditure and per capita expenditure on education is far lower than Korea, and in contrast with Korea ＂pyramid＂ investment in education, China＇s higher education enrollment rate Js lower than Korea, but the proportion of investment is higher than Korea;-women＇s education level between the two countries shows a increasing trend, sex educations are not in equilibrium between the two countries, hut the level of women＇s education in Korea is generally higher than in China; the medical and health resources and health expenditures in Korea are also higher than ＇Chileans average level, but the gap is narrowing. After elimina- ting the effect of consumer price index, the gap of the level of investment in human capital between the two countries has narrowed. The level in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai is more close to Korea.
