摘  要:利用穗茎注射法将反义PLDγ基因导入普通小麦兰考906,对经特异PCR扩增和PCR-Southern杂交技术筛选出的转基因植株及其受体进行了耐盐性鉴定。耐盐水培鉴定和0.5%的混合盐土培鉴定结果及差异性检验表明,转基因株系的耐盐性均达到1级或2级水平,明显的优于受体。Antisense phospholipase Dγ(PLDγ) gene was introduced into LK906 wheat mediated by earstem injecting of Agrobacterium.The salt resistance variation were analyzed for transgenic wheat detected by PCR and PCR-Southern technique.There was distinct difference between transgenic lines and receptor in salt resistance.Through the identification of salt resistance in water solution and 0.5% mixed salt resistance in soil and the test of variance,the result showed that transgenic lines' degree of salt resistance were 1 or 2,which was better than receptor significantly.
