摘  要:以铝粉为主要填料,以环氧改性有机硅树脂为粘合剂,制备了发射率低至0.10的环氧有机硅低红外发射率涂层.研究了分散剂、滑石粉和固化温度对涂层力学性能的影响,并对其在涂料中的作用机理进行了探讨.结果表明,当滑石粉的质量加入量为2%、分散剂的加入量为2%、热处理温度为200°C时,制得的涂层能在保持低红外发射率的同时具有最佳的力学性能.Low infrared emissivity coatings were prepared by epoxy-modified silicone and aluminum as adhesives and inorganic paint,of which the lowest emissivity value is 0.10 at the wavelength of 814 μm.The influence of the content of dispersant,talcum powder and curing temperature on the impact strength,flexility and adhesion of the coatings were systematically investigated.Moreover,the mechanism of the mechanical properties of coatings was studied.These results showed that the mechanical properties reached to the maximum value when the content of dispersant was 2 wt.%,the content of talcum powder was 2 wt.% and the curing temperature was 200 °C,and the coatings kept the low infrared emissivity
