摘 要:通过对同等生产条件下的Ti-IF钢和Ti+Nb-IF钢冷轧后试样进行不同温度的连续退火试验,检测其金相组织与力学性能,分析了Nb元素对超低碳IF钢性能的影响。结果表明:在超低碳IF钢中,Nb元素的加入显著提高了再结晶温度,由于其细化晶粒的作用,使IF钢的强度得到提高,且对产品的后续焊接性能起着重要作用,另外,Nb元素可以大大减小IF钢的平面各向异性,保证优异深冲性能的同时降低Δr值。The annealing experiment at different temperature was made on the cold rolled Ti-IF steel and Ti + Nb-IF steel samples manufactured under the same process conditions.The microstructure and mechanical properties were tested,and the effects of Nb element on the properties of ultra-low-carbon IF steel were analyzed.The experiment results indicate that adding Nb evidently improves the re-crystallization temperature of ultra-low-carbon IF steel.And the strength of IF steel increases because Nb makes grain finer,which also plays a great role in the welding properties.In addition,the plane anisotropy and Δr greatly decreases by adding Nb under the premises of ensuring the excellent deep drawing properties.
