摘  要:采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子衍射(TEM)等方法研究了时效温度对一种(α+β)两相钛合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:时效温度对合金中初生α相形貌的影响较小,但α稳定元素Al和β稳定元素Mo、Cr等在初生α中的变化呈相反规律;随时效温度的升高,合金中β相的晶格常数逐渐变大,并且次生α相的尺寸呈现一定的粗化,但次生α相的体积分数变化较小。TEM研究显示,次生α相与β相符合经典的取向关系。The effects of aging temperature on microstructure of Ti-6Al-2Mo-1.5Cr-2Sn-2Zr-1V-0.4Fe-0.15Si alloy were investigated by metallographic microscope,XRD and TEM methods.The results show that the aging temperature has little effect on the morphology of α phase,while the α stabilizer element Al has an opposite change pattern with the typical β stabilizer elements Mo and Cr;the lattice parameter of β phase increases with the increase of aging temperature;the secondary α coarsens slightly,but the volume fraction of the secondary α remains stable.The orientation relationship between the secondary α and β phase accords with the classical relationship.
