摘 要:运用2种极端光照长度对比研究了新铁炮百合叶片中可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明:经8和17 h光照分别的处理下,两组新铁炮百合上、中部叶片可溶性糖指标的变化趋势明显不同;新铁炮百合花芽分化的发生和上、中部叶片可溶性糖含量的下降具有对应关系;以叶片作为材料研究新铁炮百合可溶性糖指标时,宜取用中部叶片。This paper studied the change of soluble sugar content by using two kinds of extreme light length in leaves of Lilium formolongi.The results showed that the fluctuation of soluble sugar content of the top and middle part leaves were different with each other in two groups which were exposed at 8 h and 17 h light length respectively.The occurrence of floral bud differentiation had correspondence with the decrease of soluble sugar content in the top and middle part leaves of Lilium formolongi.Moreover,the middle part leaves were more suitable for studing the soluble sugar.
