野生观赏植物光枝勾儿茶人工育苗的初步研究

摘　　要：采用了不同的处理措施,分别对光枝勾儿茶的种子和1 a生插条进行繁殖试验研究。结果表明:种子繁殖中,与对照组相比,除300 mg/L外,不同浓度的赤霉素处理组和不去果皮组(DP)均有显著差异,其中以500 mg/L的处理效果最好。扦插繁殖中,扦插基质以紫色土为好,萘乙酸浓度为300 mg/L和500 mg/L均对光枝勾儿茶的成活效果较好。The paper studied on seed and cutting multiplication of wild ornamental plant of Berchemia polyphylla var. Leioclada.The experiment was taken out by different measures for seed and cutting of one year.The results showed that in the seed multiplication experiment,compared with the control treatment,there were significant differences in different GA_3 treatments and the whole fruit treatment（DP） except the treatment of 300 mg/L.The treatment of GA_3 concentrating of 500 mg/L to the seed had the best result on the survival.In the cutting experiment,the best cutting substratum was purple soil.The treatments of NAA concentrating of 300 and 500 mg/L to the cutting had the best survival rate.
