摘　　要：目的:探讨参附汤对长期血液透析患者残余肾功能及生活质量的影响。方法:70例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规血液透S析,治疗组同时加用参附汤口服。观察治疗前后患者残余肾功能(RRF)及尿量,以及通过SF-36量表[1]评定,分析对患者生活质量的影响。结果:治疗组患者RRF及尿量较对照组下降明显延缓(P<0.01);治疗组PF、BP、SF、Energy评分指标较对照组升高(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:参附汤对透析患者的残余肾功能有保护作用,并且能提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shenfu Decoction on the residual renal function and the quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The 70 patients patients with uremia due to chronic renal failure were randomized into treatment and control groups.The control grop was given routine hemodialysis,while the treatment group was administered shenfu decoction for oral talking based on hemodialysis.Changes of residual renal function（RRF）,volume of urine,And influence of the quality of life by the SF-36.Results In the treatment group,the decine of RRF and decrease of volume of urine were significantly slower than those of the control group（P0.01）.The scores of PF and BP and SF and Energy were higher in the treatment group than those of the control group（P0.01or0.05）.Conclusion Shenfu decoction has the protective function on the residual renal function of maintenance hemodialysis patients and it improves the quality of life.
