摘　　要：对2005—2009年SC I收录的哈尔滨工业大学论文进行了统计分析,肯定成绩的同时也提出存在的问题与不足,并给出相应的对策,以期为学校制定职称评定和科技奖励相应政策提供数据支持。This paper makes statistics and analysis of HIT＇s academic papers cited in SCI during 2005--2009. The achievements are recognized while the problems and shortcomings are put forward. The countermeasures are given to provide data support for university＇s policies of professional tides rating and science and technology awarding.
