摘 要:在搜集已经报道大豆磷效率相关的96个QTL基础上,利用BioMercator2.1软件和公共标记将这些QTL映射整合到大豆公共遗传图谱soymap2上,并利用Meta分析在16个连锁群上提取29个"真实"QTL区间,其中16个位点由控制1个性状的QTL组成,另13个位点由控制多个性状的QTL组成。经Meta分析后QTL置信区间缩小,平均置信区间由原来的9.95cM降到7.62cM,其中有4个"真实"QTL的置信区间小于1cM,另有8个"真实"QTL的置信区间在1~5 cM之间。这些"真实"QTL区间中,D1b-2和G-2与大豆磷吸收效率、磷利用效率和多个干重性状相关,D2-1与大豆磷含量和多个干重性状相关。这些QTL两侧标记可用于大豆磷效率的分子标记辅助选择。The QTLs of soybean phosphorus efficiency were collected and projected to the reference map from their own maps by the software BioMercator2.1.Total 96 QTLs related to phosphorus efficiency of soybean were integrated.A method of meta-analysis was used to narrow down the confidence interval.29 "real" QTLs and their corresponding markers were obtained from 16 linkage groups.16 "real" QTLs related to one characteristic while 13 "real" QTLs related to more than one characteristics.D1b-2 and G-2 controlled Pi use efficiency(PUE),Pi uptake efficiency(PUE) and several dry weight traits.D2-1 controlled phosphorous content and dry weight traits.The average confidence interval of the QTLs involved in meta-analysis was reduced from original 9.95 cM to 7.62 cM for the "real"QTL.4 "real" QTLs had a confidence interval below 1 cM and 8 "real"QTLs had a confidence interval between 1~5 cM.These results could have laid a foundation for mapping QTL and marker-assisted selection in soybean.
