L-亮氨酸钙对小鼠股骨生长的影响

摘　　要：观察新氨基酸螯合钙制剂——L-亮氨酸钙对小鼠股骨生长的影响.将昆明(KM)系小鼠随机分成5组,分别喂养高、中、低剂量的L-亮氨酸钙和葡萄糖酸钙,通过测量相应饲料喂养小鼠的体质量、血清钙质量浓度、股骨长度、股骨质量和股骨中钙的质量分数等指标,观察亮氨酸钙对KM系小鼠股骨生长的影响.结果表明:L-亮氨酸钙对小鼠体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而小鼠血清钙质量浓度、股骨长度、股骨质量,以及股骨钙的质量分数显著高于普通饲料对照组小鼠(*P<0.05);在相同含钙元素剂量下,小鼠对L-亮氨酸钙的吸收效果比葡萄糖酸钙好.To observe the effects of a new amino acid calcium compound L-leucine calcium on the mice thighbone growth.KM mice were equally divided into 5 groups and fed with glucose calcium and L-leucine calcium with different dosage.The mice weight,the concentration of calcium in mice serum,the length,weight and calcium content of mice thighbone were measured in all groups in order to observe the effect of L-leucine calcium on the thighbone growth of mice.Results showed that the weight of mice had no significant influence（P0.05）.The concentration of calcium in serum and the length,weight,calcium content of mice thighbone were significantly increased compared the L-leucine calcium group to common group（＊P0.05）.At the same calcium element dosage,absorption effect of leucine calcium was better than glucose calcium.
