高等农业院校科技创新能力可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：确保人才、项目、基地三要素的和谐统一发展,对于实现高等农业院校科技创新能力可持续发展有着极为深远的意义。文章剖析了目前影响高等农业院校科技创新能力可持续发展的制约因素,并从营造科技创新厚积薄发的人文环境、强化项目对青年科技人才的培育作用、构建科技人才脱颖而出的聘用机制、挖掘国际科技合作潜力等方面探讨了促进科技创新能力可持续发展的对策。Harmonious and unified development of personnel,projects and bases are of great significance for agricultural universities to achieve sustainable development of science and technology innovation ability.Current constraint factors affected sustainable development of science and technology innovation in agricultural universities were analyzed in the paper.Some strategies for promoting science and technology innovation ability were discussed from such aspects as creating a profound knowledge of the culture environment,strengthening the cultivation role of projects for young scientists,setting up appointment mechanism for outstanding scientific and technological talents,and digging the potential of international scientific cooperation,etc.
