摘　　要：文章以杨凌现代农业示范园38家农民专业合作社为研究对象,着重对合作社实践主体———社员、管理主体———社长、服务主体———政府三方的基本情况,及其对合作社发展的认知、期望及实现程度对比进行实证分析。从三方的认知与期望差异、期望与现实差距中发现,社员主体地位尚未形成、具有合作精神的"企业家"社长缺乏及政府公共服务不足是影响合作社长远发展的制约因素。38 farmer cooperatives in Yangling Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park were studied in the paper.Emphasis was laid on the general information of tripartite,i.e.,members and manager of cooperative,government.Cognitions,expectations and degrees of realization of the three parties for the development of cooperatives were analyzed.Factors limited the long-term development of cooperatives were found out from differences of expectations and cognitions of three parties and the gap between expectation and reality,that is,the dominant position of the members has not formed,the lack of ＂entrepreneurs＂ directors with the spirit of cooperation and the shortage of government public services.
