摘　　要：随着我国城市建设进程的加快,城中村与城市建成区之间的矛盾越来越突出,城中村的改造迫在眉睫;大城市中的城中村数量众多,部分分布在城市中心区。该文试图通过分析CBD地区的城中村存在问题,结合广州冼村改造规划案例,探讨研究CBD地区城中村改造的规划策略与方法。As the accelerated process of urban construction,the contradiction between urban village and the urban districts become more and more prominent,the urban villages regeneration demands immediate attention;There are many urban villages in the big cities,and some located in the city center.This paper tries to analyze the problems of urban villages in the CBD area,and take Xiancun regeneration planning in Guangzhou as example,study the strategies and methods of urban villages＇ regeneration.
