摘 要:目的了解某铅冶炼厂作业工人体内血铅、锌原卟啉水平。方法 采集859名铅接触工人血样,分别按照《血中铅的石墨炉原子吸光谱法》WS/T20-1996、GBZ37-2002《职业性慢性铅中毒诊断标准》、《血中锌原卟啉的血液荧光计测定方法》WS/T92-1996等方法进行检测和结果判定。结果该厂有498人血铅水平超出《标准》上限;650人锌原卟啉水平超出《标准》上限。190人(22.12%)达到轻度铅中毒。结论该厂铅危害较严重,应加强职业触铅工人健康教育,改善生产条件和生产工艺等切实有效的综合防治措施。Objective To survey the levels of blood lead and zinc protoporphyrin(ZnPP) among the occupationally lead-exposed workers in a lead-smelt factory of Hengyang,Hunan. Methods Totally 859 blood samples of occupationally lead-exposed workers were collected.The samples were detected and judged respectively by Blood-Determination of Lead-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometric Method(WS/T20-1996),Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Chronic Lead Poisoning(GBZ37-2002),and Blood-Determination of Zinc Protoporphyrin-Hematofluorometer Method(WS/T92-1996). Results Blood lead levels of 498 workers were in excess of the upper limit of the national normal standards.ZnPP levels of 650 workers were in excess of the national normal standards for the upper limit.190 lead-exposed workers(22.12%) showed mild lead poisoning. Conclusions Lead hazard is comparatively serious in this factory.It is necessary to strengthen the health education among the occupationally lead-exposed workers and improve the production condition and production processes.More synthetical control measures are demanded in this factory.
