摘 要:目的探讨人性化管理模式在脑外科护理管理中的应用。方法 选择我院2009年3月-2010年3月期间的脑外科护士43名,同时选取脑外科同期住院治疗的患者100例。医护管理人员将人性化管理模式充分运用到脑外科的护理管理工作中加以实施,并对干预措施实施前后的护士满意度和患者满意度进行比较分析。结果与干预措施实施前相比,干预措施实施后护士对工作环境和同事关系和谐及知识技能增加的满意度均明显提高,而护理纠纷则明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预措施实施后患者对护理态度和护理技能以及护理环境的满意度均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式在脑外科护理管理中的合理应用对于提高护士满意度和患者满意度具有十分重要的意义,值得进一步的推广和应用。Objective To explore the application of human-oriented management model in neurosurgerical nursing management. Methods Forty-three nurses of department of neurosurgery,CNPC Central Hospital from March,2009 to March,2010 were selected,at the same time,100 patients hospitalized in same department were chosen in this study.Human-oriented management model was fully applied in neurosurgerical nursing management by hospital managers.The satisfaction rate of nurses and the satisfaction rate of patients were compared and analyzed before and after the interventions. Results As compared with before the intervention,the nurses' satisfaction rates in working environment,keeping harmonious relationship with colleagues,and increasing professional knowledge and skills were significantly improved,while the nursing dispute was significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After the intervention,the patients' satisfaction rates in nursing attitude,nursing skills,and nursing environment were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Rational application of human-based management model in neurosurgerical nursing management has a significant importance in improving the satisfaction rates of nurses and patients.It is worthy to be further popularized and applied.
